Well, this honestly caused more of an upset than I expected. So let me make this exception; that while Moonshine Cels is closed, the artist behind MSCels is still very much alive. And though I cannot keep up cel work as a hobby like before, if you are willing to commission me at my professional rate, I will consider taking on projects for you as my schedule allows.
